George Pineda and David Levin have been friends for over twenty five years.  They first met in high school when George was playing Varsity soccer and Dave was playing Junior Varsity. After graduation from high school, George ventured into the military and Dave went off to college.  After George retired from his Marine Corp tenure, he ventured into coaching and mentoring adolescents, and providing business opportunities for adolescents in his very successful construction company.  Upon graduation from college, Dave worked with troubled adolescents and adjudicated youth before entering into graduate school.   Throughout the years they stayed in touch, connecting on the basketball court, playing in local three on three tournaments, and through their mutual passions including the Washington Redskins, golf, basketball, fishing, and most of all working with adolescents.  They often conversed on how adolescents were often misguided by their peers, drugs, and societal disconnects such as the web or video games.  They often discussed and how best to offer them a positive alternative through trust, love, respect and understanding their own sense of dignity and mutual respect.

David was offered an opportunity to develop the transport industry on the east coast, and because of their passion in working with adolescents, David spoke with George about doing transports together.  Throughout their work together it became evident that there was a dispassionate and disconnecting response by the transport industry in how they worked with families and adolescents.  It was clear that parents were put into an environment where they were required to entrust their child’s welfare into the hands of individuals that they did not know.  Therefore, they decided to bring a different edge to the transport industry by providing a more personalized service. This included spending quality time with the parents on the phone and understanding their needs along with the issues of their child.  Also, George and David feel that it is important to meet with the parents prior to the transport time and location permitting, in order to ease some of the parents concerns.
