Jennifer possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and is currently enrolled in their MSW program in pursuit of her LCSW. Subsequent to her 7 years of criminal and investigative work, Jennifer has worked the last year in Baltimore City Public Schools as a social worker as well as an interviewer of students for the Baltimore Education Prevention Partnership. Additionally, Jennifer annually serves as volunteer for Capital Hospice's Point of Hope child/adolescent bereavement camp, and has coached multiple championship teams in Montgomery County recreational elementary boy's floor hockey and middle school girl's soccer teams. Jennifer prides herself on her ability to work with children in organized and team building ventures as well as in working through their issues of loss and grief.
Jennifer is a trained master gardener, enjoys making handcrafted toiletries, hiking, camping, biking, is an owner and lover of Great Danes, and an enthusiast of Christian rock, country, world beat, and jazz music. Jennifer is also certified in CPR and First Aid. (as of April 15th 2008). |
